The policy of Resolve Software Solutions Inc. is to never trade, rent, or sell your contact information. Please note that some software publishers require end-user information at the time of sale for the purposes of identifying you for technical support and license registration. We do provide contact information for this purpose, so that the sale may be completed.

Resolve’s payment page features secure 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that your private information stays secure. Credit card numbers entered on our payment page are routed directly to our credit card processor and cannot be seen by Resolve Software.

Return Policy

You may return most items sold by Resolve Software Solutions Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund. Please make sure the software is compatible and will work with your system before opening it.

Due to restrictions placed on us by the software publishers, we cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Maxon products (CINEMA 4D)
  • Greyscalegorilla, Laubwerk plugins
  • Maintenance products (Vectorworks Service Select) from Nemetschek.
  • MODO, if the software has been downloaded
  • interiorcad
