Determination of demand, either via commission or from stock, is first bundled in the purchase and can then be redistributed into separate orders. Purchase and materials disposition can be separated via an optional release system.

profacto supports all established purchasing channels: fax, e-mail, ordering online and offline via the internet and current EDI interfaces. All purchasing information is available through profacto for all project participants.
Comfortable accounting of partial deliveries and collective invoices
Thanks to the clever profacto wizard, even partial deliveries and collective invoices are allotted to the right orders and optionally accounted for in the project. From this, final costing and electronic payment of incoming invoices are derived automatically.
